Design - Placement on Front & Back
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing and Vinyl Heat Press Techniques are popular methods for creating EcustomTee's high-quality designs on garments.
-
Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing: This is a digital printing technique where designs are printed onto a special film, which is then transferred directly onto the garment using a heat press. DTF printing offers vibrant colors, intricate designs, and good durability. It's suitable for both light and dark garments and works well with various fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends.
-
Vinyl Heat Press: Vinyl heat press involves cutting designs from vinyl sheets and then heat pressing them onto garments. It offers excellent durability, especially for simple designs and text. Vinyl comes in various finishes, including matte, glossy, and metallic, allowing for versatility in design. It's a great option for small-batch productions or personalized items.
Both techniques have their strengths and can produce high-quality results depending on the design, fabric, and intended use of the garment. Choosing between them often depends on factors such as design complexity, budget, and desired durability.

Disclaimers:
• Please note that the prints on the t-shirt may have variations in texture and appearance. This is due to a natural byproduct of the printing process called glycol, a nearly clear glossy substance that may give the print a shinier appearance where present. Glycol is water-soluble/miscible, so washing the garment will easily remove it.
• Due to the heat press used in the printing process, some shading may be around the print area on darker-colored t-shirts. We recommend washing the garment to help mitigate any temporary color changes caused by the heat press.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, so it takes us a bit longer to deliver it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
